How do I return my product for either a full refund or an exchange?
For a full refund, please email admin@lighttools.com and specify full refund in subject line of email for a Return Authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.
For an exchange, please email admin@lighttools.com and specify exchange in subject line for a Return Authorization within 60 days of receiving your order.
What items cannot be refunded or exchanged?
Three Year Warranty
All Lighttools® products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years. Shipping costs not included.
How do I return my product under the Three Year Warranty?
Simply email admin@lighttools.com for a Return Authorization and send the item back for either a repair or replacement with a copy of your original receipt.
